For real estate agents

Your business. A clearer plan.

The Seller Options Workbook helps real estate agents bring seller consultations, fees, service packages and estimated proceeds into one organized workspace.

Created by Sandra Burkholder, a real estate agent with eXp Realty, this practical resource helps you explain every cost clearly and build seller proposals that fit the way you work.

Every account is its own private workspace — only you can see your workbooks, services, vendors and settings.

How to use it

  1. 1Start with the client and property details, supported by your own CMA and market research.
  2. 2Enter your listing-side and required brokerage fees, kept separate from any buyer-broker compensation.
  3. 3Recommend, include or skip optional services from your own editable service catalog.
  4. 4Build up to four side-by-side packages — totals and estimated proceeds update as you go.
  5. 5Print or save a polished client report as a PDF, or copy a summary into an email.
  6. 6Save, duplicate and reopen workbooks, and keep your own list of local vendors.

Every figure is a planning estimate. The workbook is not an appraisal or automated valuation, and it does not connect to the MLS or send anything on your behalf.
